Had a super comfortable bed and the rooms were spacious and seemed like they were just renovated. The staff and management were really on top of things and knew what they were doing. 💯

This brand-new hotel offers good choice of well-equipped and beautifully decorated rooms. It has good choice of meals to offer, the food is great!

The stay on the road trip was very good with extremely helpful and caring staff at a hotel in a fantastic location close to shopping malls.

When we checked in and got to the room we realized that they had given us the wrong room. So I called the front desk and we were given an upgrade for the same price we were paying for the other room. The room was very clean and just fit all of our needs. I would visit this location again in the future!

We had a great time at this hotel and the surrounding area, with a fantastic location near the football stadium, convenient parking, various dining options, and attractions nearby.

Kids were outside playing basketball until after 10pm and it was very hard to get any sleep until they were gone.

The hotel was a wonderful base for enjoying a fairly nice area, just off a very peaceful lake. Perfect position was an added bonus. It was not too far away from Peacock India Restaurant, ate there a couple of times.

This property is a converted apartment building and access to the room was a bit circuitous. Breakfast was hit and miss. The cereal bar and coffee were good; the hot food was unappetizing.

Convenient location near everything, with friendly staff that made the stay amazing. Also, it's close to the university area and a peaceful lake 🌿.

The day of our checkout they still wanted to clean the room, before we checked out. They should wait until we've left.

Horrendous breakfast. Fake bacon was like a dog treat almost purple in color, scrambled eggs were completely dry, waffle irons dirty, hadn't been cleaned who knows how long. Service was poor. On a Saturday early morning (8am) suddenly there was very loud knocking on our door from housekeeping to clean room. We ignored, as we wanted to sleep in. This was followed 30 minutes later with a phone call asking us if it was that we did not want our room cleaned up. Since when does one have to respond to housekeeping's whims on when to make up your room? This hotel is the worst one I have been to in my life, and I have done my fair share of traveling. How could anybody have given this hotel an excellent rating (the reason why we chose it)? Where do they come from? What are their standards?
